Here's a little more about my education, experiences, and interests outside of real estate!
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
I was born and raised here in Suffolk, Virginia. As a true local of Hampton Roads, I know how challenging it can be to navigate such a large and diverse area, especially if you are looking to move here for the first time! I have the knowledge and expertise folks need to find the ideal area, community, or specific neighborhood that is the best fit for them.
GRADUATE OF NANSEMOND SUFFOLK ACADEMY (2016)
GRADUATE OF HAMPDEN-SYDNEY COLLEGE (2020)
During my four years at H-SC, I earned a degree in History/Military Leadership and National Security Studies. I was on the Executive Board of the Chi Phi Fraternity, and served as an Ambassador of the College for two years. My time as a Tiger was an incredible experience, and my education gave me the confidence and communication skills needed to enter the world of real estate at such a young age.
MORTGAGE REFINANCE ANALYST
After graduating, I took an opportunity on the mortgage side of the business as a refinance consultant at the peak of low interest rates. Needless to say, I was very busy. This experience pursuaded me to transition into real estate as a licensed agent. I gained a valuable understanding of the loan process that allows my clients to more easily digest how the mortgage process works hand in hand with their purchase/sale.
AGENT EXPERIENCE AND SALES
I am blessed to say that my experience as a trusted agent has grown quickly from my first closing to now! In my first year and a half licensed, I've closed over 25 listings/purchases, totaling almost $7,000,000 in closed transactions to end 2022. I couldn't have done this without fantastic clients and fellow agents who trusted in me and my commitment to this career.
MY GOAL
Client satisfaction and exceptional customer service lead the charge in every real estate transaction I handle. It’s what matters most. My focus is on the best interest of my clients, and that is reflected in every conversation, negotiation, and decision made. I'm personally striving to successfully help 25 more clients buy and sell in 2023, and I'd love for you to be a part of achieving this goal!
OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE
I'm a passionate outdoorsman. I enjoy hunting waterfowl, deer, and inshore/offshore fishing both locally and across the country. I also play golf when I'm not touring properties or writing offers, so let's tee it up if and get to know each other if were share that hobby.
